Two students from Year 6 joined Mrs. Reece and Mrs. Ting to lay a wreath on behalf of Laleham Lea at the Woodcote Green Remembrance Day service on Sunday.
It was lovely to see so many Laleham Lea students representing their Beavers, Scouts, Rainbows and Guides groups there too.
Today all students observed a two minute silence at 11am and special classroom assemblies reflected on Remembrance Day and the importance of remembering those who gave so much.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
