A prayer written by a Year 6 student –
Dear Lord,
We pray for all women on earth on International Women’s
Day.
May you bring them freedom, joy and independence.
We thank all the women, now and in history, that have helped us to be the girls and women we are today, like the Suffragettes, Rosa Parks and Florence Nightingale.
Loving God, you bring us hope for the future
